此外，《上海证券交易所/中国证监会》(以下简称“SSE/CSRC”) 还出台《关於 加强 A 股 和 H 股 间 直 接 投 融 资 的 有 关 事 项 的 通 知》 (以下 简 称 “A-H 间直 投 融 资 通 知 ” ) ； SSE / CSRC 也出台《关於促进A 股H 股间直 接 投 融 资 有 关 伦理 风 险 管理 等 有 关 事 项 的 通 知》(以下简称 “A-H间伦理风险通告”).
同时，SSE/CSRC还出台《上海/深圳/HongKong Stock Connect Trading Rules (SH-HK/SZ-HK)(hereinafter referred to as the “Trading Rules”) and the related Supplementary Provisions, which shall be applicable to SH-HK/SZ-HK Stock Connect trading activities.(hereinafter referred to as the “Supplementary Provisions”).
根据三方协议和补充条例，对於SH-HK / SZ - HK Stock Connect之间的特定风险表决应当遵循如下原则:
- Risk awarss:
- All parties should have a full understanding of the risks associated with their investments in SH-HK/SZ-HK stock connect.
- Risk control:
- All parties should ensure that their investment activities are subject to appropriate risk management controls and that they have sufficient resources to manage and monitor their investments.
- Risk monitoring:
- All parties should continuously monitor their investments in SH-HK / SZ - HK stock connect for any changes in risk status.
